Our First MLB Park-Busch Stadium

Busch Stadium in St. Louis was the first MLB park we checked off our bucket list. We visited in 2007, the season after the Cardinals won the World Series against the Detroit Tigers. We visited St. Louis during a road trip to Iowa. We stopped in St. Louis and saw Busch Stadium on the way to Iowa. Then, on our way back home, we went to a Cardinals game. While this was our first mother/daughter ballpark visit, I had been to Turner Field before. I was in awe of Busch Stadium. The Arch makes a beautiful backdrop for the scoreboard. The Cardinals have always been one of my top teams. They were the team that made me really fall in love with baseball.
